Description
A range of laser resistant ocular contact shields for use in periorbital dermatological and cosmetic laser treatments. 
 
LGE 1 Y
A yellow eye shield that has been tested and found safe for use with PULSE DYE LASER (YELLOW/ORANGE) LIGHT at 585 to 600nm.
 
LGE 1 R
A red eye shield that has been tested and found safe for use with RUBY LASER (RED) LIGHT at 694.7nm and with ALEXANDRITE LASER LIGHT at 752nm.
 
LGE 1 G
A green eye shield that has been tested and found safe for use with Nd:YAG LASER (GREEN) LIGHT at 532nm.
 
LGE 1
Yellow, red and green eye shields, have been tested and found safe for use with Nd:YAG LASER (INFRA RED) LIGHT at 1064nm.
 

Presentation

  • Supplied sterile in individual double wrapped pouches, 25 pouches per carton. 

Sterilization 

  • Sterilized by gamma irradiation, single use only.  
LGE 2
A stainless steel ocular contact shield that has been tested and found safe for use with ERBIUM YAG AND C02 ULTRA PULSE LASER (INFRA RED) LIGHT at 1.064 microns to 10.64 microns. 
 
Presentation
  • Supplied non-sterile in single wrapped pouch, two shields per pouch.
  • The ocular contact shield can be cleaned and re sterilized using recognised validated hospital instrument cycles'.
 
LGE 2A
Silicone applicator designed for use with LGE2 stainless steel, ocular contact shield.

  • Supplied non-sterile in individual single pouch. Single item.

  • RENEW IF DIRECT STRIKE RECEIVED.
  • PLEASE NOTE: The fitting of any eye shield requires an anaesthetic, either local or general.
